The CIPD has released new guidance for employers on what constitutes good practice when conducting pre-employment checks on job applicants. It is designed to help HR professionals navigate the legal risks and ethical challenges involved in investigating the social media activity of potential hires during the recruitment process: see Bizezia News here to read the whole article.
