We have been using Bizezia’s Calculators & Evaluators for a year now and see them as a real differentiator from other recruiter’s websites. The system is very easy to install, even for those who are not web developers, and create an interactive element that is both useful and informative. We have been using Contract Engine Express for nearly 12 months. Its easy to use, the modules are updated by Bizezia when necessary. The production of letters of engagement has gone from being a total pain to a simple task. I create a list of schedules to include; my assistant is able to generate the schedules from the system. Trouble free software doing exactly what it is supposed to and its sensibly priced, you can’t ask for more than that.

We chose to use Bizezia’s engagement letters because they appeared to be thorough and comprehensive. We also like the schedule format to easily add services as the nature of our engagement changes. Although many engagement scenarios are covered whenever we have requested an additional schedule or paragraph the response and assistance has been excellent.
I like the Contract Engine because 1) the Terms and Conditions are the same for everybody and are kept separate, and 2) the letters for each individual engagement are presented in a comprehensive list, and I can send the one(s) I want. Because of the format it is very easy to add a new letter in the same style as the others. The Contract Engine is very flexible and this appeals when compared to other engagement letter systems.
We use Bizezia’s full range of products and have done so for years, the products sit on our website without any hassle or maintenance from our side allowing our clients and prospects free and easy access. The Contract Engine System is great and very fast indeed I can have an engagement letter ready to send out to clients in minutes. We also use DeskSmart; we can put all of our documents on here which is great as everythig is in one place. DeskSmart saves us time and is a great step towards a paperless office.

All the resources help enormously in our aim to be positioned as a progressive and modern firm of accountants who provide many services above and beyond the normal compliance work.
Our clients and potential clients have been able to use a simple but useful Inheritance Tax Calculator from Bizezia for 18 months on our promotional website. They or their adviser can enter details of their assets and liabilities in order to make an estimated calculation of their potential IHT tax liability. Once the client has entered all the details, a calculation is automatically shown. The calculator is very cost effective and it can be set up in the minimum amount of time. We are also currently reviewing their range as we intend to subscribe to more calculators in the future.
We use the Bizezia products to support our marketing programme in particular focusing on new start up businesses. The service they provide is faultless, the online portal integrates with our own website and the personalised publications add credibility to our existing marketing materials. I would be happy to recommend them.
I think the new design [for the Online Business Publications] is “clean”, “direct” and “effective”. The contents of the publications has always been of a high quality and has always been well received by the members. The re-vamp though was necessary as with all these things the look was beginning to feel dated. The new design is a welcome improvement. From the point of view of view of the ICPA it would help us to know when individual articles have been updated but that is the only concern and whilst we would like the knowledge it will not affect us ordering the library.
