It is designed to help HR professionals navigate the legal risks and ethical challenges involved in investigating the social media activity of potential hires during the recruitment process: see Bizezia News here to read the whole article.
The Bizezia Work Manual includes a specific work policy on Blogging and Social Media. If your firm is committed to supporting employees’ rights to interact knowledgeably in the blogosphere through blogging and interaction in social media, you must set out your policy clearly in employee contracts. Details of subscriptions to Work manual are available at: http://bizezia.com/products/work-manual.
